This is one big chance for you to go regional....yes literally regional......flaunt your love for your state....unleash the typical Dada or Anna in you.....c'mon...let us know how would you cheer your team in your native language....
Remember those nail-biting moments..when the team you support is in a precarious situation, just a couple of runs or a wicket seperating it from a glorious victory, and just then your player gets that crucial run or wicket- jubilance all over!
Remember how severely we start hating the opposition, especially when runs flow from their bat unstoppably, and your team appears clueless on how to get that elusive got-damm Wicket! or when their bowlers appear to be simply unplayable!
Thats when you want to do something..especially if you are at the stands. Its time for some real innovation folks...enough of the monotonous placard waving or shouting.
Check your arsenal, believe me...you will have a wide array of ideas just waiting to be chosen.
Let me share mine- I am a Mumbai Indian fan. If you ask me what would I do to a KKR, who dare play against my team, I would-
1. Fill the entire stadium with the triumphant beat of Nagpur-cha Dhol
2. I would say KKR is a 'vada' waiting to be gobbled up by the mighty 'pav'- Mumbai Indians
3. Pack off the entire KKR team onto the suffocatingly crowded Virar Fast.
See...such powerful weapons of cheer, just using the Mumbai culture and its aspects like food, travel, music as my weapons. This is my take, it all depends upon how creative you are in using your native aspects as deadly weapons of cheeeeeeerrrr...
